Amy is a trained “HUG Your Baby” instructor and offers a one or two hour class that can show you how your baby communicates with you from the very moment of birth. Once you learn to recognize your baby’s communications you can better understand and respond to their needs. Learn about the different “zones” or states of alertness your baby has, and take advantage of the “zone” your baby is in, or help them transition from one “zone” to another. Learn how to recognize your baby’s “SOS” signs - which signal a baby that may need a break, or some support in calming themselves.
Hug Your Baby classes are great preparation for parenting for expecting parents, and lots of fun for new parents to attend WITH their baby (from birth to 12 weeks).
Hug Your Baby classes are offered privately in your home or in a group setting. Have some friends who are new or expecting moms too? Host a Hug Your Baby Party (2 hour group class) in your home and get a discount on your class fee. (Save $10 for each paid guest).
Hug Your Baby Private 1 Hour class - $50 per couple
Hug Your Baby Private 2 hour class - $75 per couple
Hug Your Baby Group 2 Hour class - $50 per person
Hug Your Baby Pregnancy Special - Take the class while you are expecting, and add a 1 hour home visit after baby arrives to refresh your memory as you see your baby in action. 1 Hour Home visit add on $35.
